Placing Your Order

Placing your order for the Santander web store is easy. You may place your order using the following methods:

Online: The preferred, quickest way to process your order. All orders placed through the web are 100% secure (see Privacy Policy for this site). Simply follow the checkout process to completion.

Shopping Cart

The shopping cart is where you place the merchandise you would like to purchase. You can access your shopping cart by clicking the "Shopping Cart" link found on every page. Once an item is inside your cart, you can continue shopping to select additional merchandise, browse for more ideas or start the checkout process. Please note that all items stay inside your cart until you check out or remove them.

Within your shopping cart, you are given the opportunity to edit items, change quantities of items or remove items from your shopping cart.

To edit an item, you will be taken to the Item Page where you can change your selection.

To remove an item from your shopping cart, the item will be deleted immediately upon selecting the delete button.

Rush Orders

In the event that you need to expedite the processing of your order, we offer same day shipping for all available 24-Hour In-Stock Inventory merchandise.

Rush order requests must be submitted to the Overture Santander Team no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) Central Standard Time for same day shipping. A rush fee plus applicable overnight shipping charges may apply.

The promotional marketing experts on the Overture Santander Team also can assist you with "emergency" situations for Quick Ship and Custom Products.

Billing Invoices

Orders charged to a Santander Cost Center are charged upon order shipment. A packing slip showing the contents of your package will be included with your order. An invoice detailing the charges of your order (subtotal, applicable taxes, and shipping/handling charges) will be submitted separately direct to Santander.

Personal orders placed with a credit card are charged upon order shipment. A packing slip showing the contents of your package will be included with your order. An invoice detailing the charges of your order (subtotal, applicable taxes, and shipping/handling charges) will be mailed separately to the "Bill To" address indicated on your order.

Sales Tax

Overture, LLC is required to collect applicable sales tax on all US purchases, including shipping and handling. Sales tax is dependent upon the types of goods purchased, as well as the state to which the order is being shipped. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and charged to your invoice.

Returns

Returning Your Order

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your merchandise in new condition, with its original packaging, within 14 days of receiving your order. You will receive a full refund, less original shipping and handling.

Return Instructions

Contact the Overture Santander Teamfor detailed instructions and a return authorization (RA) number.

Place the order back in its original packaging and include the original order number and RA number inside the package, in order to expedite processing.

Ship the package to Overture Premiums & Promotions, LLC, 800 S. Northpoint Blvd., Waukegan, IL 60085. Ship the package via UPS, and keep your tracking number in case reference is needed. (Please note that Overture Premiums & Promotions, LLC is not responsible for receipt of returns sent via uninsured U.S. parcel post).

Shipping

Domestic Shipping

During the check out process, you are required to select a shipping method. All U.S. orders will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. The cost of freight will be added to the total of your order. Freight costs vary based upon order contents and shipping method selected.

All in-stock merchandise will ship within 24-48 hours from receipt of order. Please select your shipping method accordingly. We are happy to accommodate Rush Orders. Your order must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. central standard time (additional charges may apply).

If you are placing an order with a Santander Cost Center, you will need to select one of the Santander UPS Shipping Account Numbers during the checkout process in addition to the type of Shipping Service.

If you are placing a personal order with a credit card, you will need to select the UPS Shipping Service. Actual Freight Charges will be calculated when your order is received and will be provided to you before your order is processed based on the Shipping Service you have selected.
